Despite the global economic crisis, opportunities for new development in Russia remained untarnished over the last year.  One especially promising market is the Moscow region, which includes 80 towns and boasts a population of seven million. A significant portion of these citizens work in Moscow and earn a high income, creating desirable growth opportunities.
