LDO signs fashion brands to Wembley scheme

International sports fashion brand Nike has taken an 855 sq m unit on the ground floor of an outlet mall facing Wembley Stadium, while global fashion brand Gap has signed for a 765 sq m unit on the first floor.

This will be London’s first purpose-built designer outlet and the only one within the M25 orbital motorway.

On completion in 2013, it will comprise up to 85 retail units, 15 new restaurants, cafes and coffee shops, as well as a nine-screen Cineworld.
