Formed in 1990, Alhokair Fashion Retail is a Saudi Arabian franchise retailer that represents 75 fashion brands in nine countries worldwide: Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia and the United States. Widely regarded as the world’s largest franchise group, the AlHokair Group operates 1,500 stores.
Alhokair operates a total of 1,465 stores around the globe, accounting for 351,446m² of retail space. The organisation combines international expertise with local market knowledge to successfully build brands in womenswear, menswear, kids and baby, department stores, shoes, accessories and cosmetics.

(Gap and Banana Republic), Mango, Inditex Group (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Oysho, Uterque and Zara Home), Arcadia Group (Topshop/Topman, Wallis, Miss Selfridge and Dorothy Perkins), Aldo Group (Aldo Shoes & Accessories), Limited Brands (La Senza), The Children’s Place, Marks & Spencer, Tesco (F&F) and Grupo Cortefiel (Cortefiel, Springfield, Women’s Secret and PDH).
Recently, Alhokair has also completed the acquisition of NESK Group of Trading Projects LLC (Mango, Stradivarius, Okaidi, and Woman’s Secret).
